Installation

Add the KYGnus repository once, then use your distribution's normal package manager.

Debian / Ubuntu

1. Install the KYGnus repository key

  | sudo gpg --dearmor \
  -o /usr/share/keyrings/kygnus-archive-keyring.gpg

2. Add the repository

echo 'deb [signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/kygnus-archive-keyring.gpg] https://kygnus.de/DEB stable main' \
  | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kygnus.list

3. Update package metadata

sudo apt update

4. Install a KYGnus package

sudo apt install <package-name>

The repository is cryptographically signed with the KYGnus APT repository key. No trusted=yes or unauthenticated package installation is required.

Fedora / Rocky Linux

1. Add the repository

2. Refresh repository metadata

sudo dnf clean all
sudo dnf makecache

3. Install a package

sudo dnf install <package-name>

RPM repository package signing is not enabled in this configuration yet. Do not use this repository for security-sensitive deployment until RPM GPG signing is configured.

openSUSE

Zypper · RPM

1. Add the repository

sudo zypper addrepo \
    https://kygnus.de/RPM/ \
    kygnus

2. Refresh repository metadata

sudo zypper refresh

3. Install a package

sudo zypper install <package-name>

RPM package signing is not enabled in this repository configuration yet.
